Welcome to Chick Habit where you’ll find info and resources related to fitness, nutrition, technology, and whatever else I feel like rambling on about.

This site was created as a place to document my P90X journey which officially began on Monday, February 4th, 2008. My current plan is to share my progress through frequent posts and to recap my experiences each week in a video diary which I will post here and on YouTube on Sunday evenings. I will also be posting an “Ab” cam starting on day 30, various tips, reviews and recipe videos, and a photo montage of my weekly progress from day 0 to 90 when I finish the program.
